Hey DGC. Im looking to change up everything I know about growing and come in to 2017 with the best modern tech possible. I’ve been hearing a lot online about Blue Planet nutes. Through YouTube mainly if i’m honest. My fiends are pushing Cyco on me. They get great results but i want to ask u all about that supposed cleaner organic’ish line BP is calling Farmers Pride, i believe. Any thoughts as well on any other “cleaner nutes” that flush easier and feed the microbes more available nutrition?

From the looks of the feed chart I found online this line is complete bullshit. Feeding over 40 ml per gallon during the flush is fucking ridiculous. This shit is extra watered down. I thought Canna was bad at 20 ml per gallon. Canna and Grow More’s Mendocino line is what I’d recommend for quality. Canna is far more money than Grow More. Canna is easy and Grow More is more for the experienced grower.
Thanks Jmystro for pointing out what now seems obvious looking at
that feed chart. Always learning new stuff here.
Thanks to Grambo for the original post .
There were a few “clues” to me that steer me away from the product.
1. the fact that the schedule nor the products change from hydro to soil (two very different styles that require different methods)
2. the “simplicity” of the feeding schedule, it even shows the lighting schedule as well. I would consider that common knowledge.
3. the marketing of “Elite Series” while most nute companies do have multiple tiers with better quality nutes, this “line-up” looks like a middle tier at best.
I hope you take these things into consideration with ANY nute company you choose to endorse. As the leaders of the crew would say, “we vote with our dollars” Get in contact with these companies and see if they are just interested in your money, or if they care about the product they are pushing and want to see you succeed.
Wow, thanks guys. Thats why u come to the DGC. Any recommendations from organic’ish bottled lines out there? What u usin 619KT?
Nectar For The Gods like TeethAreOutsideBones mentioned and BioBizz are derived from only organic sources and are very popular. Many DGC run both with great success. Pure Blend Pro if you don’t mind supporting sell outs. lol
Man check out Nectar for the gods. I love their shit so much. After every time I’ve fed, still in veg, 2 days later they’ve grown two inches.
You can get a free sample that covers pretty much everything you need, all you have to do is pay shipping. I sent the request and they emailed me the next day asking for $26 to cover freight, you get 10 bottles total, and received the package within a week.

I run a grow more line up, powdered nutes along with products like biocozyme, seaweed, fuego, jumpstart and honey. I recently spoke with the reps there and they gave me a feed schedule and linked me up with some episodes of dude grows and some youtube content. as far as organic growing I am unfamiliar, I run hydro so organic options are few and far between
Thank you guys!! Nectar & Bizz have come highly recommend by the grow store peeps, so when DGC backs it, that’s enough for me to start lookin into them deep. You guys the shit!
Thanks, Jmystro, 619kt, TeethBones, & LordBerry!!!
What does the package look like on that Nectar for the Gods sample pack? The box they show on that link isn’t something I would want showing up in my mailbox, but I would give it a shot if they stick that box inside a plain brown box.
Scrofulous the box is not discreet. It has the name on the outside and sticks out like a sore thumb.
You have to fill out a request form and the owner is cool as shit. Tell him you’d like to try his line but would like discreet shipping. He may be willing to do that or he may not.
Thanks!
Ty
Wow not sure where you pulled this feed chart from. EXTREMELY outdated and not what their current recommendations are. Also they always say these are recommend as a starting point anyways so obviously the grower would adjust as he sees fit.
