What can I mix with my Recharge?

Can I mix aloe vera powder with Recharge powder before adding water or should I add them separately? Also, maybe some DGC can comment below on things that are not good to mix with Recharge. I know I’ve heard not to mix it with silica, but what else should I keep out of my brew? Can I add it to a half strength nutrient feed? I recently mixed Recharge with cal/mag to give to my calcium deficient Red Cherry Berry plants and they loved it!

    Hey dementedrob,
    For me, I add Recharge by itself. Now, I’m a hydro guy, so I only top feed at the base of the stalk. I also used Mammoth P, but on different days, and usually only in flower. If one were to mix it, I would recommend not mixing it with anything salt based, as you’re dealing with microbial life.

    I give mine a once a week treat with recharge, and other organic additives.

    Undershade- why wouldnt you mix anyhing else with your recharge? I am a hydro guy, well at least not soil, I recirculate and change my res once every 7-10 days. I use recharge and mammoth p as a once a week treat. I can capture my runoff so it doesnt mix back in the res. I capture my runoff for the next few feeds to make sure that I am not getting any recharge runoff back in the system. I usually do my once a week treat the day before a res change too. I am also using salt based nutrients in my res.

    You wouldn’t want to mix it with anything real acidic or where it is going to sit in a res for long periods of time. Other than that you should be good. I brew my A.A.C.T. and mix in recharge for about the last 6 hours then add mammoth and top feed into my supersoil mix once a week. have killer results from that.

    I haven’t had any problems using it with my nutrients. I use coco and canna a&b nutrients, i water in a little recharge with my feeding every other day, just mix in the recharge last

    I always use some recharge in with my nutes right before i feed. Not sure how salty canna terra line is, but i got good results. I just made my first compost tea and added recharge as per Snotbubbles recommendation and the plants really liked it.

    Thanks Guys, great info. I usually water it alone or with a mild additive. I think I’ll start adding a little with every feed unless the plants tell me to stop.
