What is the best way to store the finished canni-oil- not sure if I should refrigerate
I have success by using a mason jar (the ones used for canning) The seal keeps it fresh indefinitely in the fridge. I had forgotten about some butter I had tucked away behind some pickles and mustard and used it 6 mos. after the fact and it was as though I had just made it. Buy the short, wide ones, they are less conspicuous,
