Hey DGC! I run 2 tents, veg and flower, but only run a co2 setup in flower room. At one point I tried out the TNB Naturals co2 canisters but found them too pricey for the 1-2 weeks they last. I have been running the same TNB naturals canister for the last year for c02 by refilling it once a week with table sugar, a couple tablespoons of honey (optional), and some cheap standard bread yeast from the grocery store. I use about a teaspoon of the yeast. Add about a liter of warm water to the sugar and yeast and shake daily. This will last 1-2 weeks pumping out co2 and is much cheaper than buying the bottles ever time.

you might see even better results by adding some yeast nutrients to your mix
I am using the TNB naturals for the first time this run. They work good but the first fill only lasted a week shaking daily. I’m on my second refill now and I have only been shaking it every other day to make it last longer. So I’m $50 in and not even half way through flower. I’m so glad you posted this because I almost dropped another $75 just to last this run. Thanks man! Gotta love the DCG.
Also. The TNB naturals smells just like Natural Ice “beer”and gives me flashbacks to my younger days. Uggh. So gross!
Thanks for the cheap fix I will try it and could use a little more CO2
How much sugar do you use?
When I Googled the recipe a while back they said it to you sugar baking soda and activated yeast that’s what I use. It’s cheap and it work!

If you make wine, just put your wine buckets in the room. They spit out a lot of CO2.
