What’s good friends!? I’m trying to figure out what is my best route for putting Co2 in my 5×5 tent. I have a carbon filter in my tent, I have a controlled humidity level (keep it at about 60% during veg and 48% during flower), I’m running an HLG 260w v1 duo quantum board DIY kit, and a 450w viperspectra. I feel like the next thing is Co2 supplement. The pictures I provided are what I’m considering for use, any other options are welcome.

I’ve heard people also using C02 in a bottle that you shake everyday. Personally I use the exhale bags and never have had issues.

I use the exhale bags, I tried the C02 bottles but I wouldn’t advise it the bags are much cheaper in the long run.
You have to buy a new fill for the C02 bottle every two-three weeks, I forget exactly the amount of time they say the bottles are good for but mine didn’t even last the amount of time that they stated they do.
Plus a refill for the C02 bottle was approximately twenty dollars Canadian & the bottle was initally fifty five Canadian @ my local hydro shop, so I went on Amazon & switched over to the exhale bags right away.

Looks like someone ripped an air freshener dispenser off the wall of a bathroom and wrote “CO2” on it.
Theres no way that little can of spritz is going to raise your co2 in any kind of significant way.
Its not worth it to run supplemental co2 in a ventilated tent. I’d save your money, or use it to replace that vipar spectra with a better light.
Without a sealed environment its really hard/ impossible to raise co2 to significant levels, especially if you are exhausting to control temps/humidity. To get the real benefits of co2 you really need a SEALED ROOM (not a tent) with no ventilation, along with an AC to control temps, and a dehumidifier to control humidity.
Those co2 bag and bucket type products don’t produce co2 very quickly. They need to be in a sealed environment for an extended period of time to allow the co2 to build up to a significant level. If you are constantly ventilating or growing in a tent full of air leaks, the Co2 will likely never build up high enough to have a huge impact.
You could probably achieve the desired co2 ppm in a tent by using a tank or a burner, but that would be super wasteful and not cost effective because you’d have to have them running constantly to keep the co2 level up. You’d either be replacing tanks all the time ($$$) or running a co2 burner non stop (heat and $$$).
So yeah… I would totally not bother with supplementing co2 in a tent. Its just going to end up being a hole you throw your money into, and it likely won’t have a noticeable effect.

Exhale bags are a joke. 2 do nothing In a 4×4 tent. That’s my experience with a co2 meter in there for a while grow. I bet you would need 10. You can run a tank if you run a recirculating exhaust. Not as efficient as possible, but a little weather stripping will help.
The best you could possibly do with mycology in a tent is to grow the mushrooms directly in the soil you’re growing your plants in. It would mostly be a symbiotic relationship below the soil rather than CO2 output. The proximity would help get some of the extra CO2 to the plants but it would be far less than the effect of having a sealed room.
