I have an 11’x14′ concrete pad that has that cheese grater rough surface. It’s under a larger fabric building that has a tarp over dirt floor, except for the pad.
I need to build asap a grow room on it. All ready to go now that my messed up for and sprains thumb are mostly healed. Problem is, it has been ranging 5 to 14 Celsius outside with a volatile humidity ranging from 48 to 99% and I need to put something down on that concrete. Prefer cheap as possible that won’t degrade to quickly.
Poly is to thin and pond liner can be expensive. Not sure about what Coatings in regards to drying/curing with the often higher humidity and lower temps. Also not sure what you can put over concrete that may have sealer on it.
