Download the discord app on a computer or other device to log in and change your privacy settings as mystro showed above. After that you should be able to access the discord on your apple devices again.

Long story short, apple doesn’t want porn on iPhones to become a thing and Discord has porn servers. Discord had to negotiate with apple or get kicked off the App Store.
The compromise the two parties came up with is requiring users to opt into NSFW content via a different platform.
An easy fix is to not use the app. You can use your phone’s browser to access Discord if you don’t have a desktop. Mobile browsers like Chrome can load Discord. I use the Brave Browser on desktop and mobile. No YouTube ads on Brave’s mobile browser for example. Why anyone would use the YouTube app to watch ads is beyond me. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Well that sucks. I actually don’t own a non apple device and my work computer can’t access discord.
Yeah I had to send an email with a picture of me, my ID and my user name and number. Pretty dumb. Have yet to hear from them.
