Looking to set up a DIY CO2 system using yeast, water and sugar (lots of YT vids on this). Does anyone have any data on the rate that CO2 is produced by a set up like this? I’ve looked for chemical reaction formulas and came up short. I could determine this empirically but I’d rather get it right the first time. Is there a CO2 monitor that is recommended as well? I would go with pulse but I’ve already got my temp/RH dialed in on ink bird controllers.
