Just found this site today – holyseedsbank.com. They say they are the FIRST pollen seed bank? Guess it would cut down on grow times – no need for a male plant!!! What next!!! Seeds, clones, pollen, ect, they have some interesting pollen – would it be legal to ship?

Nice service. I wouldn’t know or care if it was legal to ship. Ship it.
Man, interesting concept. I can see plus and minuses to this. Legally, it has no THC, but it is a derivative of the Cannabis plant…? I think they found a grey area…. or at least an area that hasn’t been legally challenged.
It’s not technically legal to ship but the chances of this getting back to you are slim to none. Nobody will open an investigation to find out what that is and to charge who sent it. It’ll just get tossed out if anything.
I think it’s a fantastic idea. One that’ll probably be decried as “heresy” by breeders, lol! But there will be a lot of home growers that’ll have fun chucking their own pollen and making their own seeds to pheno hunt. Personally, I’d try it some time if they turn out to be legit – actually selling pollen from authentic genetics of a stable strain that they spent a little time hunting for a good male to use. Is it for everybody? Nah. But I think it’s going to be a component of home growing going forward. It may lead to some new discoveries and it’ll certainly encourage more experimentation.
I don’t see why it would be illegal to ship since there’s no THC content. Not under US law as it currently is. It’s possible there would be a grey area for international shipment and, in that case, I agree with xonegrows that it’ll just get tossed rather than leading to buyer prosecution; but I can’t see his reasoning for saying it’s “illegal.”
It’s going to be interesting to see how their venture turns out. Heck, it could be an additional revenue stream for breeders with a vision towards the future. I’d love to get some pollen from Rasta Jeff’s King Solomon Arise male, fo’ sho!
