Hi guys! Love the show and I am glad y’all are finally back. Forget YouTube! Anyhow, my question is. After I harvest my plant can I just re-add more Grow Dots and grow another plant in the same soil? Will my soil ever become to hot by continuously adding to old soil? Thanks guys.
You’re fine to reamend Grow Dots. Any excess available nitrate or phosphate would be rinsed out as soil can’t hold much of em.
You’re good to go bud. I’ve reused my soil with grow dots in it a few times now. Works freakin great for autos.. I just do a top dress of grow dots and add a little soil/castings on top.. voilà!
May want to consider adding a little fresh soil after about the 3rd run probably.. eventually your soil will just become over worked.. I use my soil for as long as I can even with growdots and recharge and fpj/ffj. I get multiple runs .. long ass answer to a simple question lol

i currently havent used grow dots yet. however im assuming they are time release balls. you should be able to dig around and see a few of the older ones and how much material they have left to leech?
Should be fine in my experience with the dots. They are designed to be a total of about 16 weeks or so of nutrients. I run most of mine for 10-11 weeks after a 4 week veg so the majority of the old dots are gone. Even if they are the amount they will release will likely be inconsequential. I still see the old dots in my coco when I reuse it and I doubt worry about it really.
