Can someone help explain what enzymes in seed sprouted teas do and the benefits from it? Also can it be applied along with worm casting tea or may alternate the 2? Thanks

Check this info and recipes out. Buildasoil also had some more info on germ technique. Usually added at the end of tea brewing.

I use Alfalfa Sprouted Seed Tea for the Triacontanol.
Triacontanol is a great growth stimulant, effecting basic metabolic processes such as photosynthesis, enzyme activity, nutrient uptake, CO2 assimilation amongst other things.
In the correct doses meaning small, you dont want to over do it.
Triacontanol significantly increases the amount of chlorophyll in leaves, improving the rate of photosynthesis. In root systems cell growth is enhanced creating stronger root networks allowing for greater nutrient uptake.
Also increases trichome production.
I use Corn Sprouted Seed Tea for the Cytokines.
This stimulates cell division
Promotes more node growth
Just overall helps in bud development and plant strength.
Coconut water is also good for cytokines but I like to use the corn tea at least once for the corn meal itself once its blended, the worms love it.
Oh and one both of those teas I will sometimes add a bit of Kelp meal to it and a teaspoon of Yucca extract.
It would hurt nothing to add worm castings.
I also super oxygenate all my teas and water in general with 02 emitters to get as much dissolved oxygen into the water and to the roots as possible.
