Is there a market for mini marijuana? by Birminghamtaro | Sep 1, 2022 | Growing | 19 comments …because I’ve just about perfected stunting them. The whole plant is as wide as my hand. 19 Comments Gratefulgrower447 on September 1, 2022 at 9:00 pm Yeah bonsai cannabis it’s a thing apparently. Is that an auto flower? Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 2, 2022 at 2:39 pm haha yeah they’re GSC autos that got a little too much root hormone and it shrank them. I had no idea that stuff is so toxic too! Will use just a pinch next time. Thought I’d share a funny looking mini plant. Log in to Reply yurimodin on September 2, 2022 at 7:14 am sometimes an auto will just do that. Grab some photo beans and do at least 3 runs with one cut. That will help you get used to what that plant wants/needs and its way more forgiving. Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 2, 2022 at 2:40 pm I’m ready for photos but with a 2×2 tent I need one that’s guaranteed not to blow it out. Log in to Reply uncle luke61 on September 2, 2022 at 10:22 am it can be easy to stunt an auto. some will take training an defoliation. some wont. if you shock them too much they stunt ,,ive done it too. less is more with an auto. any kind of shock after week 4 will stunt the shit out of them. done it myself Log in to Reply uncle luke61 on September 2, 2022 at 10:42 am one other thing seems to me that indica dominate stunt easy. sativas take training pretty good Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 5, 2022 at 1:07 pm all of my training experiments with ilgm autos have gone pretty well with only 1 limb snap. decent genetics in the hardiness department. Log in to Reply MrGreengenes on September 2, 2022 at 10:59 am I grow autos that are 70 days seed to harvest. I inadvertently developed my own seed stock, so I’ve already had 4 grows from the same stock. They flower between daya 21-25 no matter what and get to about 30″. I tried starting them in plastic cups last time instead of direct sown and thought I’d be slick and use 44oz Speedway cups so as not to stunt them. Didn’t work and they were much shorter.at the end. They’re bushy though, so I still got a couple of oz each. Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 2, 2022 at 2:41 pm That sounds great for landscaping haha Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 2, 2022 at 2:42 pm I’d use those for borders Log in to Reply Chad.Westport on September 2, 2022 at 11:45 am lol. Yeah, this happens with autos fairly often. I think the genetic source has a big role in it as well. There are a few auto breeders who have this down like a science, the rest are still figuring it out at a craft level. Log in to Reply Brandon C on September 2, 2022 at 6:36 pm I see guys running autos in solo cups , they seem to get a result . If you did around 50 of these you would have a nice even canopy , quite a bit of money in seeds , maybe if you cloned 50 regular and as soon as they rooted you dumped them on 12/12 , seems like a nice experiment for an empty tent off to the side . Keep posting the results to see where this plant goes ! Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 3, 2022 at 11:58 am Well they’re grubby ilgm seeds to begin with and 20 seeds for 180 when on sale might make your plan viable lol Log in to Reply Bigwrd420 on September 3, 2022 at 5:52 am If you start out with a 12/12 light cycle, your photos will behave in a similar fashion. Sea of Green style. Peace! Log in to Reply Birminghamtaro on September 3, 2022 at 11:57 am These are running under 24/24 Log in to Reply SunnyinBectopia on September 5, 2022 at 9:01 am Well the plant has to be small if your gonna scrog with tennis rackets.
