Hey DGC, how’s it growing? OK, I was brainstorming and thought of an idea. Is it possible to put multiple females of the same strain that are in flower in one pot & would that be considered one plant? If so, could this be a way to get around your plant count?

i totally thought about that as well.
I’m thinking like put them in like a 40gallon pot just would like to get the dgc thoughts about it
1 plant is defined as needing roots, stem, and leaf at least federally. So No.
The only way I find to get around a plant count is to grow bigger plants. If you always have a big plant ready to flower then you can fill a big canopy.
Would you want to argue in court that 4 plants in one pot is only 1 plant?
Would you feel confident making that argument to a cop or judge?
yeah me neither…
Either follow the rules or ignore them, I wouldnt try to bend them and act like you are complying.
