Animals do not have the same endocannibinoid system we do. A dog can get high off THCA even though we can’t. We have to decarb it to make THC. In high enough amounts raw weed can be fatal to a pet. That said the triches on the flower is where those phytocannabinoids are going to be sitting. Eating fan leaves will likely not hurt your pets but may upset their bellies.
