Any thoughts on building a 5 X 5 ft. honey pot flowering room indoors with a ceiling that can move up or down. No CO2. The 1000 watt HPS that I was gifted is what I have to work with for now until I build an LED. I was thinking of installing the bottom of the light’s opening flush with the interior surface of the ceiling and allowing the majority of the heat to stay above and out of the room. A passive in- line fan attached to the light housing will be used to vent the room and remove the heat. The light gaps around the ceiling will be sealed with soft rubber seals. I’m doing this in hopes I can eliminate or at least lower the amount of heat usually added to a room with the whole light enclosure present in the room.
Many thanks to all the DGC
