I am a grower in southern Ontario and am prepping for the upcoming summer season. Will be running some of the free Alien seeds for being a DGC member along with some Orangegasm in living soil I mix myself. We go away most weekends in the summer so I am going to put in a gravity feed Blumat drip watering system. I would like to add recharge to the 50 gallon res I will use to deliver water to the system. Is recharge stable in this type of system and is this a good idea? You might be asking how do I get Recharge in Canada??? Well…I have a very very very white collar corporate job and travel to the US on business frequently and pick it up while I am down there. Can you all please work with your Government so that moment of panic when I cross the border that I might have forgot to take that bag out of my pocket will go away. Thanks G-Stone

Nah don’t do that. When you want to give ’em some Recharge, turn off you water supply and mix Recharge separately then top feed when the soil has reached 1/2 moisture.
Thanks
Yeah you don’t want to run thick chunky stuff like Recharge through blumats. They can easily get clogged up with that sort of stuff.
You also don’t want to leave Recharge sitting in a reservoir. Once it’s mixed up you want to apply it right away. Microbial products like recharge are ALIVE and the microbes want to live in the soil. They aren’t happy if you leave them floating around in water for too long.
As Steve said above, the best approach is to hand water a concentrated dose of recharge into each plant about once a week. We often call this “the once a week treat”. 🙂👍
