You want to stop with the recharge immediately. My understanding is that because of the Humic Acid in Recharge you do not want to use it past week 4 of flower.
My knowledge is limited but recharge is full of awesomeness that will store the the fertilizers. You want the plant to use up the stored nutrition in it’s last weeks. So in my limited knowledge id say stop using it for your last two weeks. And let the plant use up the recharge goodness it has stored up during the flush period. And watering more then normal Id say no, that could create problems. I hear plain water ph if possible. This is just one new grower to another by no means do I actually know what im sayn.
Plenty of Recharge experience here. Use it all the way until you start your flush in whatever media you are using. Do not use it during your flush.
When flushing, water with larger quantities of water, but only water when the plants need it. Not more often. If you are in a 5 gallon container in soil, pour 5 gallons or so of plain water through on the first flush watering. On waterings after that, you can get away with 1 gallon of plain water or so every time if you like. If it’s not a burden, I would run 5 gallons through every watering during the flush but you don’t have to. If you are in coco, rockwool, peat, etc, you don’t need to go as crazy on the quantity of water or length of the flush.
I use Recharge up to flush (but not during flush) and have gotten great results. I also grow in coco so it flushes pretty quickly. Not knowing what media you are growing in makes it a little difficult to say, but if growing in coco, I find I can get away with a 1 week flush. I would go 2 weeks in a heavier medium like peat or soil.
So, I would not use recharge, just water for flush. Also, a real good way to tell if you are flushing long enough is to pay attention to the ash in your final product. If your joint has a nice white ash, you had a good flush, if it leaves a heavy black ash, you need to flush way more.
If you run recharge past week 5-6 with some strains you will get foxtailing from the excess nitrogen in the late stages from my experience.
Thank you everyone for all the great responses love the dgc I’m currently running bagged super soil and when u say 5 gallons u mean for all 4? Cause one gallon per each plant seems to be plenty with a good bit of runoff after
