Hi I have a few seedlings I started and they have started to droop, I let them dry out and sprayed some water in the cups then they drooped and don’t look so good anymore. They are just random seeds because it has been a half a year or so since I grew anything and didn’t want to ruin expensive seeds but I have never really had any problems growing so I’m confused is it watering to often too much humidity cause I have never used a humidifier before. Temps are about 20 in the day cause when it was higher it seemed to stuffy hot in the room, humidity around 60 percent, small fan blowing on them, led light pulls 100 watts from the wall 22″ away. Any help would be great.

I don’t see a pic so dunno.
Id say from the text is never let a seedling dry out.
Keep your humidity between 60-70% and temp at 74-78
yep.. agree with nunya… my gut is telling me it may be a slight overwatering issue.
” I let them dry out and sprayed some water in the cups then they drooped and don’t look so good anymore.”
seems like right after you gave em water, they drooped and didn’t look good anymore.. seems like overwatering, but impossible to tell without pics/ more info. gotta keep em moist but not saturated. (def. not dry)
also beware of having even a small fan pointing directly at seedlings. indirect airflow is better. good luck!!
Like the guys said you could be over watering, but I noticed you said you had a fan blowing on your seedlings. No bueno! Little babies need some tender care and a direct fan blow is very harsh on them. Make sure air is moving but let them get a bit older before putting them in the line of fire. Keep it growing on!!!
Sounds like root rot. If its real bad you can clone the seedling to bring it back. I’m doing that right now actually. Seedlimgs don’t need a lot of water and its easy to over do. Usually droopy leaves are root related. Avoid the fan, it can damage a plant with root issues. Wait until its got some feet under it. Your main stem is most likely damaged at the soil level. A pic would really help. This is just a guess.
This is where I would start using a cup or something to put over the seedling to keep the humidity in check. Just make sure you lift it up for fresh air exchange once a day or so. Also helps with drying out.
