OK, if you guys don’t like this one, then I can’t help you. You’re hopeless. This is by far the most awesome hanging dry rack ever! You take a hanger, you take some fencing, you make it as long as you want, but as wide as the hanger. Use the metal from the fencing to attach it to the hanger. And hang your shit up. As you can see from my picture, it is kind of like shirts in a closet. It makes it really really easy to label. Organize and adjust.. Certain strains will get dryer faster. I like to enter lace those with the strains that are slower. If it is starting to get too dry and getting away from me, I can simply put a garbage bag over The hanger like a dry cleaning bag and slow it down. I got a trick for everything. Someone was tossing this IV rack. It makes a fantastic accessory to my chop hang experience.
Buds on a hanger is nothing new and you should probably not bunch the branches together so tightly. This could create micro-climates inside the densely packed branches. It’s best to give them some room to off-gas while drying.
Lol. They Dont start out like that silly. They are now at the point that I am trying to conserve every bit of moisture. That my weird friend is my point exactly! They are so easy to manipulate throughout the drying process. For example, Right now they are basically ready for the curing buckets. I did not have time to do it….. so instead I was able to move them all together quickly and put off to today. Now, when they are chopped at first like over a week ago, they all get spread out . Then as things dry at different rates I can adjust so easily. It’s like arranging shirts. They are incredibly easy to monitor with a slide . THESE Tricks AND TOOLS MAY HAVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME…… OK BUT YOU WORK ON A BEGINNERS SHOW! We got Coach over here showing someone how to pick a seed helmet off a sprout. Making a video to get the point across. We got people here that Dont even know about using metal tape. This crowd changes faster than my underwear. tats a really good point and was my exact answer to someone when they say, “‘you doing a YouTube channel about growing?” “Its been done a million times bro”… Yes maybe, but for one, I have 21 years experience growing cannabis in every which way imaginable. For 2, I lived in Oklahoma. We didn’t start getting grow stores until around 2012ish. I had to figure out how to grow basically by reading directions, fucking shit up, then adjusting lol. I would say in a 2 hour conversation about growing I can drop a couple 2-3 old school teks that people never heard before…that’s dope when you can offer something unique to growers…
Well, you know my saying… If you want antiquated advice, just ask lol. It is really easy to kind of forget that a newbie is literally a newbie. If they don’t have a community of growers around them, how will they learn all the little tricks? It’s like when someone from out of state visits and you get to show them stuff. I agree! I live in prohibition land and its scary trying to find other growers around here to get tips from. My friends don’t even know I grow and tbh there aren’t many out of the closet smokers around here and I can count on one hand the number of friends I have who even partake at all! It’s even scary for me to subscribe to these channels and comment on YouTube. Anyways I really appreciate all the help from everyone on this site! Excited to try the hanger idea!!
