Yes. If growing in coco, I’d just switch from one to the other, not mixing them, but not flushing either. If DWC I’d use up the res, rinse it out, and refill with the new brand.
Shouldnt be an issue. If you switch to really majorly different nutrients that can trip the plant up for a little bit, but generally if you are switching from one brand of liquid nutes to another similar brand it shouldnt be an issue.
