Would you please explain training to me? Purpose? How? When? Visuals?

    Training is bending your plant branches to shape the plant structure and strengthen cell walls of branches. It allows you to spread a plant out to allow more light to all flower locations.

      Train in veg until a week or so before flip. You use your fingers. Go look up kyle kushman on youtube
