What’s up DGC,
I’ve been doing some reading about Triacontanol because I’ve heard of it only recently. Reading some of the studies, it’s amazing the amount of growth difference in the control plants vs the test plants. From what I understand the EPA frowns on it, but I don’t know about it’s legality. Being a person who’s fairly new to the science behind plants growth in general, I have no opinion because I don’t know enough about it. What’s your overall opinion on the substance, why is it considered taboo and should it be okay to use if used responsibly? Looking for someone to drop science and maybe some politics on the subject.
thanks guys, stay elevated

Triacontanol is in every bottle of SuperThrive you have ever used. B Vitamins is the main feature in ST + some mannitol, auxins, gibberellins, and cytokinins from the kelp. ALL GOOD FOR OUR GIRLS!!!
Please more info.
Also how many other products contain it?
Bud
The other products I know have it are Jumpstart from Grow More and Nirvana by Advanced Nutrients or, if you prefer the natural route, alfalfa is a good source. As far as why is it taboo, I think that it is because it is a plant growth hormone, so basically it is like steroids for humans. I don’t really know much more, but I am sure some other DGC will come in and drop some better info. #growerslove
That’s what I was thinking, spartan, steroids for plants…. now, if it’s for medicinal use and you don’t want to smoke or ingest it, I get I… but if you’re in Prohibitia and you’re trying tryin to pull weight…
Heavy 16 Fire contains a lot of TRIA according to the rep.
I believe Mammoth P has some too, though they claim it’s an incidental amount from alfalfa and not an active ingredient.
So why is it not okay to use on every label, is there an environmental concern with it, or a health concern?
