This is a pretty old hack I learned from my father many years ago when we had to ride the ATVs and hike to the grows. We would leave the buckets at the grows and always try to plant near a creek or spring and bring our nutrients with us usually fish fertilizer. And we always carried drill guns with a homemade mixer on it to stir the mix. Its something that’s always stuck with me and I still use to this day if I’m mixing outdoors or even for a smaller batch of nutrients without my pumps. Most growers prolly do it already but I figured it deserves its place in the DGC grow hacks archive.

That is great Bro East, I have found the drill magic to but I have found multiple egg beaters that I use. They do whip up the nutrients and if you center the beater like in a five gallon jug it will turn into a whirlpool and create thousands of oxygen bubbles which if you are centered you can pull all that good stuff right to the bottom. So you get extra benefits and the mix is stirred. Usually after I PH I wait a few minutes and check the PH and bubble up the mix one last time.
Nice, I use a drill attachment for mixing paint. It’s long enough to reach the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket.
I love it man! USe it myself. My grandfather used to grow weed way back when, I remember going to his creek as a kid and watching him cut down plants. Little did i know i was watching him harvest and hang. Little memories like that stick with ya forever. I miss that man.
I use a commercial style mixing paddle for making beer. I worried about my drill getting worn out. My mixer end was really large. For drywall. I think I may try this. Seems a lot less drag on the motor
That makes me laugh Sunny. If you are worried about wearing out your drill, well, well, It is what your drill is made for and some of the egg beater attachments are small now that doesn’t make much sense hey Sunny you can get drill for $19.00 its awesome to do.Anyway my beater process is very easy on the drills and very scary to the nutrient pool. Whips them into shape.
