Sup fellas and maybe two or three ladies, Quick question for everyone. What is a good and safe way to raise humidity in the room while hang drying plants? Afraid to use a humidifier cause my mind equates that with risking moldy crappy buds. Looking forward to hearing some ideas from the crew.

I just turned mine on today. I am able to set it for a particular humidity level. I certainly would advise anyone to use that kind. You could throw some wet cardboard on the floor or something
Depends on what you are working with as ambient RH.
Since my idea for dry/cure/trim literally went up in smoke, I had to improvise.
I have some bubblers In a tote of water with a fan blowing on half of it. Keeps me between 52 and 60.
Finally hitting my RH numbers. Fanning on a 3ft x 1ft pan of immersed pebbles, and the cold humidifier as pictured.
Check out the 2 minute humidifier in the grow hack section posted by barelyburningburlyburnhardly. I tried in in my 3×3 and was able to raise my RH by 15%. Basically just a bucket with a rag or towel wicking up the water and a fan blowing over it. Good luck!!
I run a pair of digitally controlled humidifiers to keep the hang right at 62%ish which is as high as I can hit. I have side aiming units and I hang the plants up high and have fans on four sides of the room stirring air gently which keeps water off the plants.
i got the same problem in day 6 now of drying but for the 1st few day the humidity was 40-50% so i have been turning on my humidifiers for 30mins ever few hours cuz i am not able to use a controller because when the unit goes off at the plug and then turns back on it don’t start as you got the touch the button ffs 🙁
I would only use a humidifier in drying room if it had a auto humidistat +/- 60% rh target. Definitely put humidifier facing away from plants and you must have good air circulation so you have no dead spots or you are looking for potential serious problems in a dark drying room without lights to keep moisture and condensation in check. I hate dry bud but it beats mold bud. Happy Growing 🙂
