I’ve been using wettable sulfer 1 tsp per half gallon and have had great success. I often will mix the wettable sulfur in with my kelp foliar. I have noticed no ill effects besides healthy mite free and mildew free plants along with some spotting on the leaves.
What are your thoughts on wettable sulfur for an organic IPM?
I personally prefer using Doctor Zymes or Trifecta for PM. Doesn’t look good bro. That will need taking care of ASAP.
You are mistaken my friend rest assured there is no problem that is just sulfur on the leaves. When I give the girls a kelp shower most of that will wash right off.
Yeah it looks bad but when you go under microscope you can tell right away it is little sulfur rocks and not fungus spores. It will make you look though… and that ok
I love it and it saved my crop from mites. In fact the plants seemed to appreciate the dose of sulphur. However this will affect the flavor of you weed so I follow the advice of Kevin Jodrey. I hit them once in veg and once before flower. Don’t use it while in flower and don’t use too much in veg as you can create a sulphur toxicity in the plant. There are good products out there so get a couple good organic alternatives for IPM if you have a worry about mites.
I use it as perfume
Just drenched the tops and bottoms with wettable sulfur and 3 in 1 (also sulfur). Last chance before flowering. Sprayed the walls, and floor, and doorways, and outside the front door just in case a mite tries walking to the grow room. Fogged the place up with some stuff called Clear Zone Double Impact which makes gnats leave the state. It’s a pyrethrin spray that’s more like a fog.
I wouldn’t let it get on buds as I assume it won’t taste good.
