Hey DGC, so this is the first time I’ve had spider mites indoors… just found them. I’m not sure if it’s a infestation or not, I’m hoping to be able to control them for at least another week and a half. I don’t have any of the webbing I’ve heard talked about on the show. I’ve found some pretty damaged leaves and pulling leaves that I can see mites have been on. What’s my best bet?? I’m gonna clean the room out after this, just don’t want to lose 2 lights worth of bud! Help!!!

In my opinion you will be fine. I had MAJOR infestation of spider mites and as I write this an smoking a nice fat joint of the great white shark that was covered. I bud washed them and it did the trick. View last months post on what happened to me.
Finish the plant. You Probabaly don’t even need to wash them if you don’t have webbing.
I had MAJOR webbing followed by visual crawling insects.
But yes clean afterwards. Your harvest is intact. And I’m a really fussy guy when it comes to my bud. Unfortunately.
Thanks!
Plain Warm water to knock them off the plant. As mentioned above i think you will be ok. Ive had them bad and just hung them outside so the mites crawled away as the bud dried for a day or two.
Thanks bro
I think cold water may benefit you the best. You will simulate a fall rain that will drop your temps and bring some color out. Just make sure to keep air moving.

Thanks man, would you spray them with the lights on or before lights off?
I’ve had incredible luck with neem and neem extracts. I recently lost two cloned rose bushes to the little bastards because I didn’t notice them until the infestation was at critical mass. Two years of growing gone in a week. Oddly, they didn’t attack my pothos or any succulents, just the rose plants. I’ve had incredible success with the organic Garden Safe products on my roses and in the garden.

With cannabis, preventative measures are going to work best. My very first grow I had fungus gnats. Since then I’ve been using neem seed meal with every grow and haven’t seen a single pest since. It stinks horribly but mixing it with soil and even using it for a little top dressing seems to really keep pests away.

I haven’t used any of the garden Safe products on cannabis but as long as you’re not too far into flower, I bet they would do the job. Good luck!
